Fueling Your Best Road Race Ever

When it comes to running and walking, training isn’t just about putting in the miles. It’s important to also think about things like how to fuel your body before and during race day!
Atlanta Track Club has comprehensive training programs throughout the year to help participants of all abilities meet their goals on race day. In addition to a customizable training plan, our In-Training programs offer clinics on topics like nutrition. We’re proud to partner with Good Measure Meals to ensure our participants get all of the information they need for a successful training cycle.
Through Atlanta Track Club’s partnership with Good Measure Meals, our training participants receive weekly nutrition tips in their training logs and e-newsletters, a free nutrition phone consultation, discounts on nutrition services, and pre- and post-run snacks at select group training runs.
Whether you want some help crossing your first finish line or are looking to improve on past race performances, Atlanta Track Club has a fall training program for you!
