GMM hits the Beltline with the King
We’ve been saying this a lot lately, but the #goodmeasurelife is about healthy eating, PLUS consistent (fun!) exercise, PLUS support from experts and your healthy community of friends and family.
The #goodmeasurelife is found in all shapes and sizes, and through all sorts of practices. Particularly this summer, Good Measure Meals has been sweating it out with some of Atlanta’s new and seasoned yogis for #kopyoga on the Beltline.
Hosted by King of Pops, #kopyoga (King of Pops yoga) is a free one-hour yoga class held outdoors near the Historic Fourth Ward Skatepark along the Atlanta Beltline. The weekly Tuesday evening event draws crowds reaching into the hundreds from all around Atlanta – a great place for us to meet some like-minded, health-focused neighbors!
So for a few #kopyoga classes, we carted out free, ice-cold water plus sweat towels and fitness swag packs for yoga participants as the summer temps soared near 100-degrees. We’ve enjoyed meeting new faces, spreading the word about our contribution to the Open Hand Atlanta mission, and passing out some free sample dinners to a handful of lucky winners! We love sharing what it means to live a life of good measure and healthy balance, and we especially love it when Good Measure Meals can assist others in practicing this #goodmeasurelife!
Share your own #goodmeasurelife pictures with us, and join the story of this supportive community of health! And in the meantime, enjoy some of our #kopyoga pictures below.
