New Spring Menu is Here!
I am one of the luckiest people on the planet. I have been blessed with the opportunity to make a living doing what I love: play with food.As a research and development chef, I spend most of my time perfecting and creating recipes for Good Measure Meals. But it doesn’t stop there — I am also a registered dietitian, so I make sure that the recipes I create are healthy and made up of the best ingredients possible. So, my days are filled with a combination of creativity and science, which is both challenging and really fun!
I am so excited to announce that our NEW Spring-Summer menu launched this week! Believe it or not, we started working on this new menu way back in October!
The fist step with every menu launch is considering the feedback from our customers. Many of our customers fill out a weekly survey, call or write to our customer service team, and speak to us at our events. We take every opinion into advisement and use them to drive our creative process. The feedback helps us to decide which favorites to keep – like the Lobster Ravioli with Sage Cream Sauce – and which old favorites to bring back, like the Turkey Sandwich with Pimento Cheese Spread and Texas Caviar.
One of our main initiatives this launch was to introduce some new and interesting vegetable blends; so keep an eye out for our Asian Vegetable Sauté, Roasted Cauliflower, and a Mediterranean-inspired blend. We also heard a lot of requests for new Italian food items, and some of my new favorite additions are the Chicken Sausage Ragu over Whole Wheat Rotini Pasta with a Shaved Broccoli Blend, and the Chicken Cacciatorre over Polenta with Lemon Ricotta Cake.
There are also a few new Southern inspired meals including a Kansas City inspired BBQ Pulled chicken Sandwich with Broccoli slaw, and Chicken Hoppin’ John served with Roasted Okra and Southwest Cornbread.
Vegetarians can look forward to our new and improved Greek Moussaka with Green Beans and Spiced Walnuts, and the Crimson Lentil Bisque with Farro salad.

As exhilarating as it is to launch this new menu, it is already time to start planning the upcoming Fall-Winter menu. As I go back to the drawing board, I look forward to hearing more about what you think.
