Double the Fun for August Race for Good!
Our last Race for Good event, the Beltline Southwest 5K, was so much fun! Thanks to all who joined us for this great event. We especially loved seeing everyone sporting their new white Good Measure Meals Race for Good shirts.
August is a special month for Race for Good. In August we have 2 events on the same day!! We need lots of you to attend so we can have a good turnout at each of these extra fun races.
Both of our Race for Good races will be held on Saturday, August 16.
Race #1 is the Vinings Downhill 5K.
The race will start at 8:00 a.m. at 2859 Paces Ferry Road, 30339 in Vinings. This race is a net downhill run and a “Peachtree Qualifier!” Your registration for this race will help benefit the Rotary Club of Vinings. The proceeds from this race enable the Rotary Club of Vinings to grant worthwhile charities financial resources to continue and build. To register for this race, click here.
Race #2 is a race that benefits a charity near and dear to our hearts, Back on My Feet Atlanta. This organization “uses running to help those experiencing homelessness change the way they see themselves so they can make real change in their lives that results in employment and independent living.”
The race is called Meaningful Miles and is a 4 mile race that starts at the Historic Fourth Ward Park in Atlanta. The event starts at 8:00am. To participate in this race, click here.
