New Spring/Summer Menu Features Creative New Concepts

High-Scoring Taste Test Feedback Generates Excitement for New Menu Launch in April!

After making a major investment in both our culinary team and menu development process, Good Measure Meals will proudly launch what many believe to be our best seasonal menu ever!

In April with an array of seasonal sensations to not only tickle your taste buds, but also prove that healthy can, yes, be that good!

Our new and incredibly talented culinary team is led by two Chefs (Chef Catherine and Chef Ashley) with degrees in nutrition and the very talented Chef Justin Wills, who returns as Executive Chef to Good Measure Meals. These three dynamos have infused the Spring/Summer Menu with a healthy dose of creativity, concocting nutritious spins on coveted comfort foods and introducing new concepts that will surprise and delight you!

Starting with our weekly customer feedback surveys, our culinary team has built a four-week menu to highlight your favorite meals from menus past, and introduce you to concepts that our customers request most often — with a healthy and delicious twist of course! What can you expect to see in April? Here’s a teaser of what’s to come: (Fair warning: You might need a napkin to catch the drool!)


“Oven-fried” Chicken

For all of our customers who asked us to incorporate some southern comfort into our menu, you can look forward to a deliciously moist oven-fried chicken the first week of April, served with healthy, made-from-scratch BBQ baked beans and a nutritious serving of braised collard greens. Our Vegetarian menu features the same delicious collards, but we’ve replaced the chicken with a healthy variation of mac and cheese!

We’re also introducing a delicious and nutritious twist on a traditional favorite with our wheat berry tuna salad. Instead of loading tuna salad with high-fat mayo, our chefs partner the tuna with olive oil, capers, garlic, vegetables and wheat berries. The high flavor profile will be served aside a summer soup favorite: chilled gazpacho.


Cabbage & Carrot Slaw

Additional feedback from our customers led the chefs to create a few more Latin-inspired dishes to add to the menu, including tender and delicious beef and veggie fajitas, as well as build your own fish tacos, served with a mango and black bean salsa and vibrant cabbage and carrot slaw for crunch.
