New GMM Spring/Summer Menu Filled with Variety, Flavor

International Dishes and Unique Interpretations Highlight New Menu

The new Good Measure Meals Spring/Summer menu is seasonally-inspired with the fresh appeal of the farmer’s market. It represents a unique blend of art and science, with creative offerings designed from scratch to excite and surprise the palate.

Chef Lamar, our GMM culinary staff and registered dietitians can assure you that this is no ordinary Spring/Summer menu, as they have been working hard dreaming up creative, fresh dishes that you are sure to appreciate.

The menu features choices that are thoughtfully prepared — seasoning being executed with precision and oil with control to ensure just the right amount is used to bring out the great flavor profiles. The resulting benefit: great tasting, highly satisfying meals that are naturally lower in calories and just happen to be good for you!

Delicious Start to the Day

Savory spinach and artichoke fritatta paired with blueberry bread; apple raspberry pancake with dark chocolate drizzle and protein-rich Greek yogurt; and honey apricot oatmeal with chicken apple sausage.


Tasty, Satisfying Lunches

Curry chicken salad with fresh baby carrots and red pepper hummus; ratatouille pasta bake with Tuscan beans and seasoned baked chicken; hearty vegetarian kale cannellini bean soup with cornbread.


Rich International Flavors

Chicken japchae with sweet potato noodles and chinese broccoli; Moroccan seasoned chicken with lentils and zucchini; and Asian turkey meatloaf with wasabi mashed potatoes and edamame stir fry.


 “We’re delighted to introduce our new menu and hope that it is as well received as it was in our taste tests,” said Chef Lamar. “While many of our customers have come to enjoy their favorite items, I think it’s important to continue exploring new territory and introducing them to new culinary adventures.”

Guided by a philosophy that blends cultural authenticity with mainstream accessibility, as many of Chef Lamar’s eclectic menu of crossover dishes as possible are made from scratch. Avoiding processed foods that contain high levels of fat, sodium and preservatives, the GMM Spring/Summer menu — like all GMM menus — is thus able to completely avoid preservatives and keep fat and sodium at healthy levels.
