With a new menu development team assembled, there are even more brilliant culinary minds coming together to create delicious Good Measure Meals™!

Imagine over 100 years of combined culinary experience working together to develop our new Spring and Summer menu. That’s right…over 100 years! A team intently focused on bringing you a refreshing variety of authentic international fare and seasonal dishes — armed with the vital feedback we continually receive from you, our valued GMM customers.

The team has incorporated a variety of new ingredients into the recipes included in the Spring & Summer menu, each chosen for their unique flavor profile and nutritional benefits. Ingredients such as quinoa, avocado, pomegranate, and lemongrass. Have you had a chance to try any dishes with these new ingredients? What did you think?

There has been a tremendous response to the menu:

Brokesocialite tweeted: “Just had my @GoodMeasureMeal breakfast: 2 whole wheat waffles, cinnamon flax seed, peach compote and FF yogurt. Yummy!”

On Facebook, LaTrese Ferguson posted: “My lunch today was GRRRRREAT!!! Love the Vegetable Gratin, and the cornbread with the pat of smart balance…YUMMY!!!”

And Stacey Sprague posted: “I’m loving the new menu! I think the BBQ chicken meal last night was the best we’ve had yet. Thanks for such great meals!”

Again, your input is critical to our menu development process. And that process to determine what works and what doesn’t happens every single day, as the GMM team and culinary staff gather each morning to taste and rate new recipes based on flavor, appearance and texture. These meetings are a big part of our continuous quality assurance program.

Some of the team’s favorite new items? Crepes and apple bread for breakfast, Orange Walnut Couscous Salad and Cilantro Lime Shrimp for lunch, and BBQ Chicken with Corn SoufflĂ© and Chicken Provence for dinner. Tell us about your favorites below!

Other menu highlights: Tortellini salad, vegetable pistou a la Provencal, mashed cauliflower (think creamy mashed potatoes), squash gratin, rice with pomegranate, citrus and nuts, and creamed collards.
